List of commands for the ticket system

$openticket
The command to open a ticket but you have to configure two things before you can do it (see commands below)
$setup
Specify the category and role for the ticket system
Require MANAGE_CHANNELS permission
Specify the role that will be able to see and interact with the tickets
$close
Close the ticket channel
Require MANAGE_CHANNELS permission
